Refund + Return Policy

Refunds and returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • We offer an extended return window of 15 days during holiday periods (e.g., Nov 25–Dec 31).
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and discounted items cannot be refunded or returned.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Sale, clearance, and discounted items
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

 

Lost or Missing Packages

Little Cloud is not responsible for any packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order. If we make an error with your order, we will take full responsibility and correct it at no additional cost to you.
